NoRust Anti-corrosive Tape and Mastic
General description
Petrolatum NoRust Anti-corrosive Tape is designed for hand wrapping field joints, fittings, tees, etc.
NoRust-Mastic corrosion protection mastic, it is used for surface irregularity filling, for irregular profile and dimension levelling and smoothing in case of two – layer isolation system: Mastic is perfect for flanges, pipe connections and ship fittings.

Installation
Installation of NoRust - Tape
- Clean the surface to be coated from rust, dirt and moisture.
- Clean and tarnish existing isolation ends with abrasive paper (about 10 cm length on each end).
- Using a spiral wrap with 50% overlap, apply NoRust-Tape with a tension. Extend the wrapping over the existing isolation.
- On the end press the coated surface to adjust the coating to any irregular shapes of protected elements.
Installation of NoRust - Mastic
It is to be applied with hands or spatula on the surface clean and free from rust, dirt and moisture.
After application, smooth out an isolateed suface.
